Job Vacancy: Marketing Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function across social, digital, print, product launches, and brand development. This role combines team management, creative execution, and budget control, and is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and day-to-day delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage marketing team workloads, priorities, and general staff administration.
- Consult with internal teams regarding new product launches, updates, and marketing campaigns.
- Work with external PR agencies to develop and implement PR strategies and placements.
- Support the sales team with trade marketing initiatives.
Social Media Management
- Plan and manage a monthly social media, advertising, and PR schedule across all platforms.
- Collaborate with senior management on requested content pushes and campaigns.
- Plan, review, and sign off content produced by the marketing content team.
- Stay up to date with current trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with brand ambassadors, partners, and collaborators.
- Ensure timely responses from the team to customer queries on social media and manage community engagement.
- Track social media performance to optimise future posts.
Graphic Design & Creative Output
- Design marketing materials for digital and print media, including:Magazine ads, email campaigns, and campaign graphics
- Event-specific flyers, stand graphics and promotional material.
- Packaging, logos, sub-brands, video content, and merchandise
- Ad-hoc design requests such as vehicle branding, trophies, and special projects
- Manage the production of physical marketing materials (brochures, catalogues, banners, merchandise, etc.)
Analytics & Performance
- Review traffic sources and advertising performance (Google Ads, Meta ads, media placements)
- Adjust marketing strategies based on performance metrics.
Public Relations & Media
- Build relationships with media publishers and industry contacts.
- Plan and schedule press releases for industry media.
- Coordinate product placements, reviews, and media coverage.
Advertising & Budget Management
- Plan, schedule, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage annual advertising schedules and budgets.
- Respond to spontaneous advertising opportunities while ensuring budget compliance.
- Monitor ad placement and performance, adjusting campaigns, as necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a marketing management role
- Strong organisational, leadership and creative skills
- A demonstrable interest in motorcycles
- Confident managing digital platforms, campaigns, and budgets
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and all social media platforms
Desirable:
- Experience in the motorcycle industry or similar automotive / premium goods industries.
- Proficient with Premiere Pro
- Experience launching new products or brands.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
