Would I recommend crash bungs, you bet your life I would. Turning onto a gravel carpark, speed approx. 10m.p.h., the bike lost grip because of all the loose stones and it crashed down onto it's left hand side. After checking myself out, unharmed thankfully due to correct riding gear, I examined my brand new Honda 600 Hornet and feared the worst. To my astonishment, as you can see from the pictures, the crash bung took the whole brunt of the impact as it slammed down and there was virtually no damage to the bike.
Thank goodness I invested in R&G crash bungs who's to say a cheaper version would have provided the same level of protection
